The SPEEDAIRE - 30E557 is a hose coupling with NPT connection and specified hose fitting/thread size (3/8 in, male; 3/8”-18 thread). It supports hand-actuated connection and disconnection. It features a male plug coupling component compatible with ARO interchange couplers of matching size/specification (1/4 in coupling/body size) and is intended for hose end or tool inlet installation (1/4 in coupling/body size; 3/8 in hose fitting size; NPT connection). The connection is rated for pneumatic or fluid lines at the stated maximum working pressure and temperature range and is configured with HNBR seals for use within the stated operating temperature range and maximum working pressure. The unit is constructed of 304 stainless steel with a plain finish and uses HNBR seals. It operates within a temperature range from -40°F to 200°F.
