What is your Shipping Policy?
We want you to get your items fast so you can get back to business. Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days. The order deadline for the day is 12:00 PM CST Monday-Friday. You will receive a tracking number in your email the day that the item is shipped. Keep in mind that FedEx delivery schedule for standard ground is Tuesday-Saturday, and UPS delivery schedule for standard ground is Monday-Friday.

How do I make a Return/Exchange?

What is your Return Policy?
Returns for products purchased must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in a salable condition. Please contact customer support to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) prior to sending back the product. **Please include your order number so we can refund your account.

If the return is due to damage or an incorrect shipment, please contact us with a photo of the product. We will arrange for the items to be picked up, and issue a full refund if we cannot deliver the items correctly and in good condition. If the return is due to an item that was ordered incorrectly or is simply no longer needed, customer support may ask you to ship it to us at your expense, and we will issue a refund less the cost of shipping the item to you.

Food: Sale of food items are final, and cannot be returned to our warehouse in the interest of public safety. If you have an issue with an item, please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue.

Power Equipment (trimmers, mowers, chain saws, etc.): All sales on power equipment are final. Warranty issues with all power equipment must be addressed through the manufacturer. If you are having trouble contacting the manufacturer, or are not satisfied with a manufacturer's service, please contact us.

What do I do if I receive damaged goods?

What is the warranty for your products?
SIM Supply warrants purchases against manufacturing defect for 30 days from the date of purchase (see "Return Policy"). SIM Supply makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond this period, unless otherwise specifically and expressly stated. Further warranty may be offered by the product manufacturer. This warranty does not apply to products that are used for purposes other than that which they were designed for or which has been altered in any way that is detrimental to the performance or life of the product.
