Description
A smoke and fire stopping sealant for wall and floor penetrations. Water-based, easy-to-handle formulation bonds to concrete, metal, wood, plastic, and cable jacketing. Dries to a firm, rubber-like solid. During a fire, product expands to maintain a tight seal against smoke and flame for 2 hours. CPVC compatible in accordance with FGG/BM product compatibility program. Typical applications: Blank openings, metallic pipe, cable, nonmetallic pipe, insulated pipe, and HVAC duct penetrations. Tested in accordance to: ASTM E814 (UL1479), ASTM E84 (UL723), ASTM E1966 (UL2079). Clean tools with soap and water. Yellow in color. 10.1 Fl. Oz. . Continuous operating temperature not to exceed 120 deg. F. (48 deg. C).
