4221 Flip Socket & Extension Combo 2 Pc set includes filp socket and 3 extension. Designed to service 19mm lug nuts with missing and distorted chrome caps, found on many Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ford, Lincoln, GM & More. 18.5mm size fits 19mm lug nuts missing chrome cover. 19.5mm size fits 19mm lug nuts with damaged or distorted caps. Chrome capped lug nuts can easily distort from normal wear & tear, as well as poor service, such as over-torquing or improper leverage. Flip design offers two hex sizes in one socket. Use with 1/2 drive extended shank impact tools or regular shank impact tools with an extension. Thin-wall design to fit a wide range of applications 4221E
