Seal and Damper Installer Kit The OTC 6927 includes various seal adapters and three forcing screws . The first forcing screw is 5.7 long with a 5/8 X 18 thread for use with seal installer adapters . The other two are 5.8 and a 10, which both thread into the crank snout via a M12 X 1.5 mm pitch thread and use the special nut with integral bearing threads onto the 1/2 X 20 forcing screw external thread . The forcing screw is then held in place with a wrench, and the nut is tightened to install the oil seal and damper. Applications:. 1998-Later Ford 2.7L, 3.0L, 3.3L, 3.5L, 3.7L, 4.0L, 4.6L, 5.0L, 5.2L, 5.4L, 6.8L, and other makes with M12 X 1.5 mm threaded crank.
