It features custom designed swing seats and trapeze bar with ouchless chain, exclusive EZ-Frame braces and brackets with no miter cuts, and durable 4 In. x 4 In. construction for additional strength. Set Dimensions: 8 Ft. W. x 12 Ft. L. x 8 Ft. H. 1 play area is left open for customizing with an additional accessory of your choice. Minimum Use Zone: 28 Ft. x 24Ft. The Five Star features a 16 Ft. beam, custom designed swing seats and trapeze bar with ouchless chain, exclusive EZ-Frame braces and brackets with no miter cuts, and durable 4 In. x 4 In. construction for additional strength. 2 play areas are left open for customizing with additional accessories of your choice. The Five Star is easy to assemble and includes a step-by-step, illustrated plan which provides information for future expansion. Tools Required: Adjustable wrench, electric drill, 3/8 In. drill bit (8 In. minimum length), circular saw, tape measure, pliers, metal file, hacksaw, and a hammer. Place swing set on level ground in an open area not less than 6 feet from any structure or obstruction such as house, garage, fence, laundry lines, overhanging branches, or electric wires. The swing set must not be installed over concrete, gravel, asphalt, or other hard surfaces which could cause injury in case of a fall. Grass, sand, wood chips, or other soft surfaces are ideal under swing sets. Estimated Building Time: 4 to 6 hours. Lumber, slide, and wood screws not included. 5-year limited warranty.
