Description
Raintight NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) power inlet box. Durable, high impact, glass-filled nylon construction. Designed to be used with a generator and transfer switch. Should be installed on the exterior of a structure, at least 24 inches above grade, and near the main electrical panel. Inside, it is hardwired to the manual transfer switch. Ground post incorporated into enclosure. To restore power to the main electrical panel when the power goes out, connect one end of a power cord to a portable generator outlet and the other end into the power inlet box. 125/150 VAC (volts alternating current). Maximum generator size: 7500 watts. 5 In. W. x 5 In. H. x 6 In. L. 2 pounds. 2-year warranty.
