It is designed for accuracy and comes with a telescoping handle that helps you to control it more easily. The wheel measures 39 17/64 in. in circumference and has a 5-digit magnified counter on its side. Made of molded ABS frame and polycast wheel, this measuring wheel is both durable and lightweight. This mechanical measuring wheel has a 38 in height, 7 in width, and 38 in length overall. The rim of the wheel is made of ABS material for added durability.
