These 15 tools are based on OE designs and are offered to service the following applications: 1993 – current 3.5 V-6 engine. 1994 – current 2.0 & 2.4 I-4 and 2.5 V-6 engines. 1998 – current 2.7 V-6 engine. 1989 – 1995 2.0 I-4 Mitsubishi engine. 1991 – 1997 3.0 V-6 Mitsubishi engine. 1981 – 1993 2.2 & 2.5 I-4 engines. 1999 – current 4.7 V-8 engine. 2002 – current 3.7 V-6 engine. Cam positioning is an IMPORTANT procedure. If cam timing is not correct, the engine may still run but emissions and mileage will be affected.
