Great Blue pipe joint compound has all the benefits of a PTFE based thread sealant without the mess. Great Blue is a flexible, blue, nonhardening, nonseparating, nontoxic, paste that has no odor and cleans up easily. Use on PVC, CPVC, ABS, polyethylene, polypropylene, iron, steel, copper, or brass threads up to and including 2". Withstands up to 3000 P.S.I. on gases from -50 deg. F. to 400 deg. F. and 10,000 P.S.I. on liquids from -50 deg. F. to 500 deg. F. ABS, cycolac, natural gas, steam, air lines, caustics, and diluted acids.
