Permanently lubricated AC (alternating current) motor engineered for continuous operation. This energy efficient fan operates at 50 CFM and a very quiet 0.5 sones. Sufficient ventilation to remove odors and pollutants from a smaller powder room or bathroom, up to 45-square feet.
